Recognizing Patterns & Taking Accountability: The Truth About Why You Keep Ending Up Here

Recognizing Patterns & Taking Accountability: The Truth About Why You Keep Ending Up Here

By Stashia Jeanette (Ascension Oracle Vii)

In a Nutshell

I didn’t just “end up here.” I got here through repeated patterns, overgiving, ignoring my body, and avoiding what needed to be addressed. Once you recognize the pattern and take accountability, the cycle can finally break.

Introduction: This Wasn’t Random

This episode is part storytime, part update, and part real-time lesson. (Prefer to watch this episode?)

I reached what I call a tower moment, one of those points where life steps in and forces a change you’ve been avoiding. Not because you didn’t have signs… but because you ignored them.

And if we’re being real, that’s where most people are.

You keep getting nudges:

  • “Look at this.”
  • “Fix this.”
  • “Leave this.”
  • “Do something different.”

And you ignore it, until you can’t anymore.

Because eventually, God Source Universe steps in and says:
“Oh, you’re not going to do it willingly? Cool. I’ll do it for you.”

That’s when things get uncomfortable.

The Real Reason I Ended Up Here

I figured it out sitting at the dinner table:

I’ve been pouring… and pouring… and pouring into everyone else.

With nothing left for yourself.

Not just recently, for months… years.

I wasn’t operating from overflow.
I wasn’t even operating in balance.

You were operating from “just enough to survive.”

And even that was a stretch.

Tower Moments Happen When You Ignore the Signs

A tower moment doesn’t come out of nowhere.

It’s built.

Every ignored feeling.
Every boundary you didn’t set.
Every time you chose others over yourself.

I compared it to money:

If you have $500 and spend $450… yeah, technically you can afford it.
But now you still have the rest of the month to survive off what’s left.

That’s how I was treating my energy.

Giving when I only had “just enough.”

But the truth is, I wasn’t even at zero.

I was deep in the negative.

And eventually, my body had to step in and shut things down.

If You Don’t Identify the Pattern, the Cycle Will Repeat

History ignored is doomed to repeat itself, because if you don’t know what happened in the past or what choices were made in the past, how can you do anything differently?

This is the part people don’t want to hear:

Your problems don’t just “happen.”

They repeat.

Over and over again.

Until you understand:

  • Why it’s happening
  • What the lesson is
  • What your role in it is

I said it best:

“When you are experiencing a symptom, an ailment, a problem… these things will continue to happen until you identify why it’s happening and acknowledge it.”

That’s it.

Once you truly see it, you can cut it off at the root.

The Part Most People Avoid: Accountability

Let’s be honest, this is where people tap out.

Because it’s easier to say:

  • “Something bad happened to me”
  • “It’s external”
  • “It’s out of my control”
  • “The Devil did this”
  • “They did that to me”

Instead of saying:

“What part did I play in this?”

I broke it down clearly:

We’ve created a system where we give credit externally when things go right…
and blame externally when things go wrong.

But that disconnect keeps you powerless.

Because if everything is outside of you…

Then you can’t change anything and you remain powerless.

Your Body Is Telling You the Truth You’re Ignoring

Your physical body is not separate from you; it’s a messenger.

Your:

  • emotional state
  • mental patterns
  • energetic imbalances

…all show up physically.

And if you don’t listen early, your body will get louder.

I’ve talked about how:

  • symptoms weren’t showing on tests at times
  • doctors couldn’t always identify the issue
  • but my body knew something was wrong

Because the root wasn’t always physical.

It was:

  • energetic
  • emotional
  • mental

And my body was trying to translate that into something I would finally pay attention to.

The Pattern You Finally Saw

The real pattern wasn’t just “health issues.”

It was:

  • Overgiving
  • People-pleasing
  • Lack of boundaries
  • No energetic reciprocity
  • Constant self-sacrifice

I was pouring into others at my own expense.

And people kept taking.

Because takers don’t have limits.

Hard Truth: Not Everyone Deserves Your Energy

This is where you stopped sugarcoating it.

I said it plainly:

Sometimes… you have to let people struggle.

Because if you’re always:

  • catching them
  • fixing things
  • giving endlessly

They never learn.

And you burn out.

Your Energy Is Your Currency

This might be the most important shift:

Your energy is not free.

And it should not be treated like it is.

There has to be:

  • reciprocity
  • exchange
  • balance

Whether that’s:

  • money
  • support
  • services
  • value

Something has to come back.

Otherwise, you end up in energetic debt.

Boundaries Are Not Optional

Moving forward, the standard is simple:

  • Stop giving from empty
  • Stop helping everyone
  • Stop ignoring your own needs

And most importantly:

“Just because you have $5 doesn’t mean you need to spend $4.50.”

That applies to your energy too.

Wrap Up: This Changes Everything

This wasn’t just a health realization.

It was a pattern recognition moment.

And once you see it?

You can’t unsee it.

You move from:

  • being affected
    to being the cause

From:

  • reacting
    to consciously choosing

So here’s the real question:

Where in your life are you still ignoring the signs?
