Happy Birthday, Virgos

Myself included (9-20-92)!

What a crazy and rough couple of years it’s been for us, for sure!
We’ve been fighting the good fight for about five long years, and FINALLY, the planets are letting up on us, and moving on to eff up someone elses lives for awhile!

Hopefully everyone has learned all their hard hard HARD lessons, and have been able to grow from them all, because I know I have.
We’re finally able to breathe a breath of fresh air and come out of attack mode.

Yall, I’m bout to be 26 on the 20th, when they didn’t think I’d make it to be 20.
Then, they didn’t think id make it to 25…i’m out here proving people wrong on the daily.
I’ll be honest though, there were more than a few times that I didn’t think I was going to make it this year.
-Soul Lesson Heartbreak, ripped me apart, and I didn’t think I was ever going to get remotely close to being put back together, but look at me, living and better than ever.
-3 major surgeries last year.
-Kidney, Liver, Endometriosis, and Crohns battles this year all taking turns acting a fool.
-Meltdown in June, then bounce back in July.
-Doctors not taking any of my health issues seriously & no one closely following my Crohns or Internal issues, period.

Yeah…

It’s just been a hot mess, really. I pretty much constanly live my life on Faith and Prayer..much like people do when their gas light is on “E”, but so is their bank account, so they just hope they can get through the week, lol.
That’s LITERALLY my life, everyday. No joke.
I just say “I’m sure I’ll be ok” & “It’ll be fine”, and keep it movin.
And that’s what I’ve done every single day since I got sick almost 11 years ago, and it’s worked out pretty well thus far.

Let’s have a moment of silence for the dead old us and raise our glasses to our new lives, we’ve earned it.

    1. I’m so sorry about all of the surgeries, but hopefully they’ve gotten everything right this time.
Crohns is a lot of in and out of hospitals & emergency rooms, unfortunately, but we learn to accept it as our new norm.
I’m really glad that you like my posts! Everything I do, I do for you guys! ♥️🙏🏾
