My Extreme Fasting Journey

So Far I’ve Fasted For 353hrs in total & 53 hours Without Breaking My Fast To Eat.

So according to this, I am set to be about 145 pounds by the end of December. Which is a huge drop from my horrid 215 pounds that I was weighing due to the medication I had to be on for five months. I do a 16:8 fasting. However, I typically only eat one small item every two days. (Such as half a baked potato, because I usually can’t finish it due to the pain, or a half a cup of naked smoothies).
🚨 🚨 🚨 I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROCESS TO ANYONE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE DIABETES. PLEASE TALK TO YOUR PRIMARY DOCTOR BEFORE TRYING ANY LONG FASTING ROUTINE.

I know you guys have questions, and some of you may even be concerned, but you have no idea how long I’ve been suffering in silence when it comes to eating food. It feels like I’m swallowing 1000 razor blades all the way through my track, and coming out is even worse. I just can’t take the pain anymore. So when I don’t eat is the only time that I’m not having excruciating pain. Also, the extra weight was killing my joints and I couldn’t stand being overweight anymore. I don’t want anybody worrying about me or being concerned, but you just have to be in my shoes to understand that eating is a basic need as a human and when you can’t eat without being in excruciating pain or throwing up, it really kills your motivation to even wanna eat. When I do eat after my fasting, I’m in pain and then I immediately have to go to the bathroom and have more pain.

I’m doing a lot of herbal remedies (I’m planting herbs in my little garden and I’m really just trying to heal myself.) I’m not anorexic, I just don’t want to eat. I’m going to be making a podcast about all of this and a video later on today with more detail so you can fully understand where I’m coming from, because I think the only outcome that you’re going to get from this is “she’s gonna try to be anorexic or she’s going to develop a eating disorder.” And that’s not it. I’ll also link in the best way to do small intermittent fasting and the best times to do it.
