There comes a time in your journey when the war ends, but the healing hasn’t even started. That’s where I am right now. And it’s not talked about nearly enough.
What happens after you’ve spent most of your life on the front lines of spiritual warfare? What happens when your body, your mind, and your spirit have been in survival mode for so long that “normal life” feels completely alien? How do you begin to reintegrate when you’ve never actually known what peace feels like?
When a soldier comes home from a physical war, we understand they carry trauma. There are systems in place to help them make a smooth transition. But for those of us who have fought battles most people couldn’t see, spiritual battles that nearly cost us our sanity, health, and soul, there is no reintegration protocol. There’s just… silence. Confusion. Emotional whiplash. A new kind of grief.
Many of us—myself included, and many of the Vii Squad 250, have just come out of what feels like a spiritual tour of duty. We were trained young. Deployed early. Spent decades in energetic trenches, fighting for the highest good of the planet. And now… It’s quiet. Almost too quiet.
We were never taught how to rest. How to feel safe. How to let go of the persona built entirely on survival.
We lived hyper-vigilant. One eye open. Always scanning for danger. Always bracing for impact. There was no space for feelings, no time to grieve. The only mission was: make it through the next day. And now that the intensity has dialed down, all of those unfelt emotions, buried traumas, and unresolved pains are surfacing.
And it’s overwhelming.
I’ve been feeling it, waves of grief, pain, even rage, rising out of nowhere. Some of it is collective energy. But some of it is mine. My nervous system had to shut down so much of my pain just to keep me alive. Now it’s all surfacing. Now God, Source, and Universe are saying:
“Fall back. Rest. Heal. Reintegrate. Recreate your life.”
But reintegration isn’t easy.
We don’t know what to do when it’s time to be soft, joyful, creative. We don’t know how to play. We don’t know how to stop fighting. But before we can step into this new reality, we’re being asked to process everything we didn’t have time to feel.
And it’s brutal.
If you’re going through this too, please hear me: You have to give yourself grace. You have to allow yourself to feel what you never had the privilege to process before. You can’t drink it down, numb it out, sex it away, or spiritual bypass it. You have to sit with it. You have to honor it. You have to let it move through you.
The only way out is through.
God Source Universe will hold back your blessings until you process what your spirit is asking you to release. Until you let the old wounds be seen and felt. Until you decide to fill those empty spaces with joy, love, abundance, safety, community, peace.
This is a sacred moment. A painful one, yes. But sacred.
Because you’re not who you used to be. You’re not in that war anymore. And you don’t have to carry those weapons into your new life.
So let yourself unravel. Then rebuild. Let yourself cry. Then create. Let yourself remember what your gifts are and use them.
If you’re a musician, make music. If you’re a dancer, dance. If you’re a writer, write. If you’re a painter, paint.
Alchemize your pain into beauty.
Because that’s what’s needed in the world right now.
The world needs your joy. Your creativity. Your light. And when you’re in flow, fully expressing who you really are, you send out a ripple that heals the entire collective.
So feel the feels. Then choose what you want to fill your spirit with: joy, abundance, love, softness, greatness. Ask yourself: What kind of life do I want now that I’m free?
Because this is your moment to step into it.
Welcome to your new life.
