When Everything Falls Apart: Holding the Frequency of Who You’re Becoming

When Everything Falls Apart: Holding the Frequency of Who You’re Becoming

Let’s get real for a minute.
(Prefer to Watch This Episode?)

There’s a part of the spiritual journey no one glamorizes: the part where everything is crumbling. Your finances are shot. Your website needs a total rebuild. Your inner dialogue is fighting for its damn life. Meanwhile, you’re watching everyone else seem like they’re “on and poppin’” thriving, glowing, launching retreats, getting views, living their best #luxelife… and you’re just trying not to cry while updating your Squarespace.

This is the part no one wants to post about, because it’s uncomfortable, it’s isolating, and honestly… It feels like failure.

But I’m here. In it. Right now. And I want to tell the truth while it’s raw.

The Morale Blow of Building While Bleeding

Building your empire as a solopreneur, especially in a spiritual lane that hasn’t even been paved yet, is hard. You’re not just creating content; you’re breaking generational patterns, battling unseen forces, and quantum-leaping while crying into your turmeric tea. And the kicker is, it often looks like nothing from the outside.

People don’t see the sleepless nights, the energetic initiations, the months (or years) of zero traction. They don’t see you redesigning your offerings for the fifth damn time. They don’t see you rebuilding your website again, from scratch because you’ve outgrown your last version of self.

What they do see is the after. The glow-up. The moment the bell finally rings and you come out the ring crowned heavyweight champion of your own life.

But what about during?

What If This Breakdown Is the Breakthrough?

Here’s what I’ve realized as I swim through the middle of my own storm:

Your current crumbling is not punishment. It’s preparation.

When you decide to shift into your highest timeline, everything that is not in alignment with that new frequency will fall away quickly. People, platforms, programs, habits, beliefs, identities… gone. And that moment right there, when you’re mid-air between timelines, is what I call the “cosmic flail.”

You’re not who you used to be, but the new reality hasn’t fully formed yet. And you’re stuck in the in-between, sobbing into your Oracle deck, asking God why it looks like you’re losing.

But the truth is: you’re being restructured, not ruined.

Hold the Frequency — Even When It Feels Like Fiction

You can’t logic your way out of a soul shift. You have to feel your way forward.

When the numbers are low, the clients aren’t booking, the content isn’t hitting, can you still anchor into the frequency of your highest self? Can you hold the energy of abundance while your bank account says otherwise? Can you move like the leader you’re becoming before the title is visible?

Because the magic happens when you walk by faith, not sight.

That’s not some cute Pinterest quote. That’s survival strategy for soul-led entrepreneurs.

Let Yourself Outgrow the Old

I’ve had to tear down and rebuild my business multiple times. Not because I failed, but because I evolved. My mission grew. My soul matured. My energy shifted. And that required a new structure to hold it.

And listen, even if you’ve invested years, money, and sweat into building something, don’t stay married to a version of your brand that no longer aligns with your truth. Give yourself permission to outgrow your past.

The version of you that started the business isn’t the version of you that’s going to lead it into divine destiny.

You’re Not Weak — You’re Being Weaponized

Every single painful, confusing, lonely experience you’ve survived? It’s preparing you. You’ve been equipped with insight, discernment, spiritual stamina, and soul allies that many never acquire. And that makes you dangerous (in the best way possible) to any system or force that wanted to keep you small.

You’re not broken, you’re becoming.

You were never meant to just exist in this world. You’re here to reshape it. And that kind of calling comes with weight. With tests. With ego deaths and website crashes and rebirths that don’t always look sexy on social media.

But trust me when I say: the ones who make it through this season are the ones who hold the frequency, even when it hurts.

Final Thoughts: Walk & Weep if You Must, But Keep Walking

Yes, I cried. Yes, I wanted to quit. Yes, I rebuilt my website again while side-eyeing the universe. And I’m still here.

And so are you.

So if you’re in your own flail moment, know this: the collapse is confirmation. It means the old is clearing to make space for the timeline you actually called in.

Don’t cling to the crumbling. Don’t mislabel the contraction as a curse. Hold the frequency. Stay faithful to what’s unfolding. Walk by faith, and cry on the way if you have to. But keep walking.
