What is the Solar Plexus Chakra?

The Solar Plexus Chakra is the place where you are empowered and your ego is weak. Many people have formed their predispositions regarding their social status and self-worth in this chakra, which can be damaged if you’ve experienced trauma or a difficult childhood.

The solar plexus chakra is one of the areas I personally struggle with the most.

For much of my life, I have run away from who I truly am, fueled by the fear of what others might think of me. I didn’t want to be ridiculed, shamed, or persecuted as I have been in past lives for being the multidimensional, metaphysical, mystical, magical, intergalactic divine being that I am. As a result, I often felt unconfident in expressing many of my gifts to the world due to my past experiences and the negative comments I received.

However, that is all in the past. Those experiences no longer exist, and I am no longer the person I was then. Here, in the present, I am choosing to embrace the highest version of myself: fully, authentically, and unapologetically. I am doing this by working with the solar plexus chakra and engaging in deep introspection to confront the limiting and negative thoughts I have held about myself. I understand that I had a purpose long before anyone else had an opinion about it, and I am determined to pursue that purpose.
