Now it’s time for me to change,

To release all the baggage, traumas, and pain,

I’m releasing what no longer serves my highest good,

I’m releasing all that never aligned or supported me and never could,

I’m releasing the projected thoughts, habits, and beliefs,

I’m releasing anything and anyone that brings me negativity and grief,

I’m releasing the idea that I’m not good enough,

I’m releasing anything that ever kept me stuck,

I’m releasing the old, outdated versions of myself,

I’m grateful for those versions and all of their help,

I’m releasing the blocks that I’ve had on my mind,

I’m releasing anything that I’ve been carrying that wasn’t even mine,

Now that these things are released from me, I’ve made room to receive,

I’m ready to accept all the blessings, miracles and abundance that God, Source, Universe has in store for me,

I’m grateful for the experiences I went through and all the adversity too,

I mean it when I say that,

I couldn’t have gotten to this point without all of you,

The pain did me a favor, the obstacles made me strong,

I’m grateful for every single person who ever did me wrong,

I wish you all the best, and I hope you all heal too,

Maybe God, Source, Universe will shine blessings and forgiveness upon you too.
